Today, March 27, 09, there is this talk entitled "Will you be the Next Entrepreneur?" when I heard this title, I Became excited because I really want to be a businessman someday. One slide said, "A person cannot be an entrepreneur unless he is engaged in a profit-taking business". For me, it depends. If your business is a profit-earning business, then you're an entrepreneur. If your business is for social responsibility, then you're still an entrepreneur.

Today, most businesses were created because of profit. Why? it's because many people are too much inlove with money. Some of them were having these mental models. These models are disabilities which affects our work. Some of these disabilities are listening, speaking, reading, writing, reasoning or logical skills. These disabilities will lead to being incompetent in work, school, or even in relationship.

The learning disability # 1 is " I am my position. This disability is making yourself limited to the boundaries of your position. The #2 is "The enemy is out there".This Disability makes a boundary to yourself and other people. Sudden changes don't let us learn from what's happening in the world.

The Speaker shown a paradigm shift in mental models. These models make us aware that there are sudden changes from the old economy and today. We should learn this so that we could compete with other countries. But once we make a team, we were ledt out.

Entrepreneurs should have the skill to facilitate. They have to see the inter-actions between the investors, buyers and consumers.

In a company, if you have entrepreneurial skills, then you have a big impact in the company.
